Medical Insurance
Eligible employees may choose to participate in our comprehensive medical insurance program which includes an excellent prescription drug plan amongst a host of additional benefits.

Vision Insurance
Eligible employees may choose to participate in our comprehensive vision program which offers in-network and out-of-network provider coverage.

Dental Insurance
Eligible employees may choose to participate in our dental programs which offer
in-network and out-of-network providers in addition to orthodontia benefits.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
All employees and members of their household receive company-paid Employee Assistance Program benefits. Through the EAP, LaVida Communities employees and their families have confidential, 24-hour, 7-days-a-week access to professional counselors who provide confidential assessment and short-term counseling for marriage and family problems, stress-related problems, financial and legal difficulties, and psychological issues in addition to a host of cost-free online resources focused on relevant Family, Health, Time and Money issues.

Company-paid Life & Accidental Death (AD) Insurance
All eligible employees participate in a company-paid life insurance and AD program.

401(k)
Employee Retirement Savings Plan with a generous company contribution (up to a defined limit).

Section 125 Plan
Eligible employees electing insurance plans are allowed to pay for their
premiums with pre-tax dollars.

Paid Vacation
Up to 80 hours per year for your first year!

Paid Sick Leave
Up to 48 hours your first year!

Memorial Day (last Monday in May)
Independence Day (July 4)
Labor Day (first Monday in September)
Thanksgiving Day (fourth Thursday in November)
Christmas Day (December 25)

Paid Bereavement Leave
Eligible employees are granted up to three days paid leave when the unfortunate death of an immediate family member occurs.

Paid Jury Duty
Eligible employees are paid up to ten days and are encouraged to fulfill their civic responsibilities by performing jury duty service when summoned.

Employee Meals
Employees are welcome to enjoy select menu entrees offered by our dining room at
minimal costs.
